The arbitration board at the Jobcenter München

There may be situations in which you and your contact person at the Jobcenter have different ideas when drawing up or extending the cooperation plan. If you cannot find a joint solution, you or your contact person at the Jobcenter can initiate the arbitration process.

The arbitration process aims to develop a solution and a common understanding of exactly how to proceed. Regardless of who initiates the arbitration process, you will of course not suffer any disadvantages. Monetary reductions due to breaches of duty are excluded during the arbitration process

The arbitration process is conducted by a person who has not previously been involved. The arbitrator does not have access to your file and is not involved in your case beforehand. This gives it a neutral role. The arbitrator’s core task is to moderate the discussion impartially. Care is taken to ensure that your concerns and those of your contact person are taken into account. The arbitration process ends with an agreement or after 4 weeks at the latest.
