We support trialling unemployed or job-seeking persons in your company. During the maximum internship period of 6 weeks, interns continue to receive citizen’s income. We can also cover the travel costs incurred.
A longer internship may be useful as an introduction to apprenticeships. These entry-level qualifications are possible for a period of 6 to 12 months. The internship allowance can be subsidized.
An assisted apprenticeship supports you in organizing and managing your apprenticeship (drawing up the apprenticeship/qualification plan, communicating with vocational schools, chambers, etc.). Your apprentices can also take advantage of remedial teaching or socio-educational support, for example.
We invest in vocational (further) training and focus on the sustainability of qualifications. Our graduate management aims to ensure that graduates are placed in employment as seamlessly and smoothly as possible in line with their educational goals.

The Employer Service accompanies the individual application process from A to Z. We provide support in personal interviews and explain our support options to increase the overlap between the applicant’s characteristics and the needs of your company.
The Employer Service organizes an in-person meeting between your company and the applicants. For this, among other things, we use virtual opportunities, the premises in one of our social community centers or we invite interested job seekers directly to an applicant day at your company.
