The Jobcenter München opens up to external assessment

The European Foundation for Quality Management’s Model for Business Excellence (EFQM model for short) is a globally recognized management system that makes it possible to identify the performance of an organization with all its strengths and possible areas for action and to determine potential for improvement.

We at the Jobcenter München use the EFQM model to continuously improve and stick to our strengths.

Following a successful self-assessment in 2021, the Jobcenter München is undergoing the demanding and intensive assessment as a Recognized for Excellence assessment for the first time this year. In the final interviews with employees and our EFQM assessors, all facets of the Jobcenter München were examined and critically assessed.

And the result is impressive:

In June 2023, the Jobcenter München received the EFQM’s “Recognized for Excellence” award (4 stars according to the EFQM certification process) – a great recognition for our organization.
